Rex VTU is a complete, ready-to-deploy VTU reseller platform built on Laravel 13. It lets you launch your own airtime, data, cable TV, and electricity bill payment business without writing a line of code. Everything from customer registration to admin reporting is already built and working.
What your customers can do
They can buy airtime and data bundles for MTN, Airtel, Glo, and 9mobile. They can subscribe to DStv, GOtv, and StarTimes cable TV plans. They can pay electricity bills across major Nigerian discos, with meter verification before payment. They can fund their wallet instantly through Paystack using card, bank transfer, or USSD, track every transaction with full history, and requery any stuck order themselves. They can also earn commission by referring new users, and if someone signs up through a referral link, the referrer's name shows automatically during registration. Every purchase is protected by a transaction PIN.
Multiple providers, already integrated
Rex VTU comes with three VTU providers built in: VTpass, ClubKonnect, and BWSUB. That means you're not locked into a single vendor's pricing or uptime. You can assign a provider to each service from the admin panel, and pull live plans and pricing straight from that provider's catalog with one click instead of typing them in by hand.
A full admin panel
You can manage users, orders, services, pricing tiers, provider credentials, SMTP settings, and site branding (logo, favicon, brand color) from a dedicated admin dashboard. It includes role-based permissions, activity logging, and revenue and user reports you can export as CSV.
Built for non-technical buyers
You don't need SSH, Composer, or Node.js to get this running. Everything, including dependencies and compiled assets, is bundled into the download. A guided browser-based installer walks you through database setup, admin account creation, license activation, and API keys, so you can be live in minutes on standard shared hosting.
